About the role

You’ll provide administrative and operational support across the employee lifecycle, working closely with the People and Culture Manager, Facility Manager and Department Heads. It’s a varied, hands-on role where accuracy, organisation and a helpful attitude make a real difference to our staff and, ultimately, our residents.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities

Prepare contracts, employment letters and HR correspondence

Maintain personnel files and HR systems

Monitor visas, registrations, police checks and mandatory training compliance

Support workforce reporting and HR dashboards

Support with Rostering, coordinating shifts,



managing leave and filling vacancies

Coordinate training records and competency registers

Provide first-line HR administrative support to employees and managers

What you’ll bring

Demonstrated experience in administration support

High-level verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organisation and time management, with the ability to multi-task and manage competing demands within tight timeframes

A high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Moderate skills in Word, Excel and email

Highly regarded

Qualifications in administration or HR

Awareness of the aged care sector, including government and stakeholder requirements, good practice and service delivery standards

Experience with Humanforce or a similar rostering and workforce management system
