Leaping Learners Early Education Centre – Wilton NSW

Leaping Learners Early Education Centre Wilton is seeking a strong & experienced Diploma qualified educator to join our Centre.

Must have completed aDiploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA assessed equivalent).

Full time 5 days per week with Rotating Roster (early, middle, late).

Must be able to do both open & close shifts as a responsible person

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As an educator at Leaping Learners, your day will be filled with meaningful interactions and hands-on experiences. You’ll greet children and families each morning,



create engaging learning environments and guide play-based activities that spark curiosity and creativity. Collaboration with fellow educators is central, whether planning lessons, setting up stimulating spaces, or supporting each child’s individual needs.

You’ll also enjoy building strong relationships with families, celebrating milestones, and contributing to a warm, community-focused atmosphere. Every day brings opportunities to inspire young learners while working in a supportive, team-oriented environment

REQUIREMENTS:

Must have current experience working in a child care centre

Must have excellent documentation and written planning skills

First Aid, Anaphylaxis, CPR and Asthma qualifications

Current Working with Children's Check

Child Protection and Mandatory Child Safe training

Sound knowledge of EYLF, NQS, regulations and law.
