Journey Beyond is seeking a hands-on Cook for the Spirit of Migloo, our 78ft luxury cruiser, operating from Darling Harbour. You’ll craft high-quality dishes for lunch, dinner and private charters, working under the Chef with end-to-end kitchen operations in a fast-paced marine setting.

You’ll be preparing meals, assisting with baking and pastry, and ensuring safety, cleanliness and allergen labeling across rosters that may include weekends and public holidays, with shifts up to 12 hours
