We are looking for Claims Officers to join our Motor Claims team.

This isa great opportunityto step into the world of insurance claims, where no two days are the same.You’llmanage a range of motor claims, supporting our customers through the claims process and delivering a high standard of service from start to finish.

Your new role

You’llsupport a portfolio of motor claims and deliver great outcomes for our customers by:

Managing claims from start to resolution

Gathering information and assessing next steps

Speaking with customers, third parties and suppliers

Providing clear,timelyupdates throughout the process

Working collaboratively with your team to deliver strong results

About you

Experience in customer service, retail, contactcentresor hospitality

Comfortable speaking with customers and handling a variety of situations

A positive, resilient attitude andstrong teammindset

Clear written and verbal communication skills

The ability to stay organised and manage multiple tasks
