Tearfund Australia is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead digital content and campaigns from strategy through to execution. You will focus on driving donor engagement, advocacy, and prayer campaigns, using data-driven methods to optimise reach and impact.

You will develop annual digital marketing plans, oversee multi-channel campaigns (social, email, web), and manage content production with collaboration across internal teams and partners. Hybrid work in Melbourne is available.
