Lakeside Hotel in Bendigo, Victoria, seeks a Functions/Events/Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily operations across functions, events, and dining. You will supervise service, manage rosters, mentor staff, and ensure outstanding guest experiences.

The role requires hands-on leadership, solid communication, and a commitment to service quality. RSA certification is required, and you will collaborate with Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Front Office and Housekeeping to deliver seamless events.
