Aphex is seeking a Customer Experience skilled to join a product-facing team. You will manage user communications, live chats, and incident responses while helping to shape how product updates are described and shared with customers.

You’ll own how new features are communicated across in-app messages, release notes, and external changelog, and work with Marketing to turn momentum into advocacy. Remote-friendly role, aligned with global time zones.
