NSW Department of Communities and Justice (Homes NSW) is seeking a Client Service Officer to support housing services for the Southern & Western District. You will work with tenants, housing applicants, advocates and support services to secure protected, sustainable housing.

In this frontline role, you’ll visit clients, assess needs, assist with applications, and coordinate with government and non-government partners to deliver positive housing outcomes while maintaining high customer service
