Capers Early Learning Northgate are growing and now seeking Experienced Educators to join our team on a full-time basis! Our Centre is located a short walk from the Northgate train station and have a bus stop just out the front of the centre. We are nestled in a leafy street surrounded by houses and farmland.

Duties & responsibilities:

- Provide nurturing care for children
- Facilitate learning experiences for your allocated group of children
- Monitor children's engagement and learning progress to assess individual needs
- Evaluate effectiveness of different programs
- Create a friendly, secure, and stimulating learning environment
- Assist children with personal hygiene routines

Requirements & experience:





- Must already hold Cert 3 or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Current Working with Children Check
- Good knowledge of the Early Years Learning and National Quality Framework
- Effective interpersonal skills with parents and other Educators
- Comfortability in a collaborative teaching workplace
