Nip Tuck Swim is seeking a hands-on Swimwear Design & Product Developer to join our Sydney team. You will design and develop product under branded guidelines, manage critical path timelines, and liaise with factories and offshore suppliers to uphold DNA, innovation, and cost targets.

You will bring 3+ years in a rapid-paced Designer/Product developer role, a passion for swimwear, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Adobe InDesign and Excel. Experience in swim is advantageous.
