Property Valet within imagina Group seeks an experienced Portfolio / Property Manager to own an established residential portfolio in the Illawarra / Wollongong region. This 12-month fixed-term role offers work-from-home autonomy with support from an offshore team and regular touchpoints with the NSW Property Valet group.

You'll manage owners and tenants, coordinate leasing and renewals, handle maintenance and NCAT matters, and keep records up to date using PropertyMe.
