- Identify and secure alliances with GPs, retirement villages, pharmacies, allied health and community organisations
- Take the lead on identifying new opportunities and nurture referrals, converting inquiries into long term care partnerships via consultative selling
- Represent Highfield Care at industry events, networking and stakeholder meetings to increase local visibility
- Work closely with the care team to ensure growth aligns with exceptional client outcomes and KPIs are met or exceeded
- Provide direct feedback to leadership to influence service offerings and expansion strategy

About the role

Your profile

- Experienced: 1-3+ years in sales, business development, or account management
- A natural ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, from clinical professionals to clients and families
- A driven strategic mindset with the initiative to identify and act on new opportunities
- Living on the Sunshine Coast with a strong existing connection to or knowledge of the Sunshine Coast community
- Knowledge of or eager to learn Aged Care funding and referral pathways
- Hold a valid driver's licence
