Change Manager (Salesforce CRM)

Contract:

Immediate start until end of year, with a likely extension (possibly through to the end of March or longer into 2027)

The role

We're looking for a fast, adaptable Change Manager to join a large enterprise Salesforce program in its hypercare phase. Managing various voices with lots of moving parts and ambiguity to get up to speed.

You'll be given context by the Instructional Designer and Business Analyst, then step in and run with it, working alongside Business Process to keep the change landing well.

It's a complex landscape, with large and multiple user groups (20+) all using Salesforce a little differently. If you enjoy stepping into something a bit messy and making it work, this might be a good fit!

What you'll do

- Lead change management through the hypercare phase of a live Salesforce CRM program
- Work with the project team to turn lots of input into clear, practical change activity
- Support multiple,



varied user groups through process improvements and system enhancements
- Pick up quickly, stay flexible and keep things moving as priorities shift

What you'll bring

- Large enterprise experience (a must), including big user groups on Salesforce or SAP CRM
- Hands on experience with either Standard SAP CRM or Salesforce CRM, ideally from rolling it out as part of a project
- A background in customer focused industries such as financial services, banking, retail, supply chain or manufacturing (highly regarded)
- Experience in a hypercare or post go live phase
- Resilience, and a genuine comfort with ambiguity and changing priorities (a person who thrives when plenty is going on)
- Case management experience (a bonus)

This may not be the right fit if

you haven't worked in a large, fast paced enterprise, have only worked in BAU rather than project hypercare phases, or haven't worked with SAP CRM or Salesforce.
