Junior Litigator (1-3 PAE) | Brisbane or Toowoomba

The firm

Our client is a well-established, multi-office firm in Southeast Queensland. They are seeking a junior litigator to join their small disputes team, based in either their Brisbane or Toowoomba office.

The role

This role offers a breadth of work that's uncommon at this level. You'll run matters across:

- Commercial litigation
- Employment and WorkCover
- Personal injuries
- Administrative law
- Defamation
- Equity claims
- Asset confiscation

Working directly with the Director, you'll gain genuine hands-on experience and appear regularly before Queensland courts, the Fair Work Commission, QIRC, QCAT and the Federal Court.

About you

- Admitted legal practitioner in Queensland with 1-3 years' PAE
- Relevant litigation experience is essential
- Confident communicator, comfortable appearing in courts and tribunals
- Organised, proactive and keen to take on responsibility early
