Precision Gardening Solutions is a family run business local to Oak Park that specialises in all things gardening and lawn care. From mowing, edging, pruning, hedging, providing lawn care packages, turfing, fertilisation and weed control – we do it all & we’re on the hunt for an experienced GARDENER who’d like to join our ranks.

Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:





Maintain residential lawns and gardens

Train new staff on proper horticulture techniques, equipment operation, & safety procedures

Follow safety protocols & procedures to maintain a safe working environment

Effectively communicate with existing and prospective clients

Foster a positive working environment & facilitate effective internal communication

Ensure a high quality finish within the timeline allocations

We are looking for someone who:

Minimum 5 years experience in similar role of gardening including industry best practices, problem-solving skills, & knowledge of OH&S; practises

Certificate III Horticulture is highly regarded

Excellent communication & interpersonal abilities & time management skills

In-depth knowledge of horticulture techniques, including the ability to correctly use a range of tools & equipment including lawn mower, whipper snipper, hedge trimmer, pole saw and chainsaw.

Positive ‘can do’ attitude, strong work ethic, & a collaborative team spirit

The ability to identify possible issues before they arise, & provide solutions

Continuous improvement of operating processes to ensure quality & efficiency in operations

Strong attention to detail & passionate about the industry
