Now we’re looking for an In-house Service Mechanic to join our Laverton North branch and help keep our equipment performing at its best.

What You’ll Do

- Service & diagnostics - Conduct in-house servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on our equipment
- Solve problems fast - Respond to breakdowns, troubleshoot efficiently, and get customers back on track.
- Hands-on servicing - Carry out scheduled maintenance and repairs across our modern plant and equipment fleet.
- Keep us hire-ready - Ensure machines are clean, fuelled, and in top condition before they go out.
- Safety first - Follow procedures and maintain high standards of organisation, safety, and workmanship.

What You Bring

- Trade-qualified Diesel, Plant Mechanic, Hydraulics (or similar)
- 3-5+ years’ experience in plant or mobile equipment servicing




- Strong mechanical knowledge across diesel, electrical and hydraulic systems
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills - calm under pressure
- Experience with hire management systems (Syrinx preferred)
- Licences: Driver’s, White Card, Forklift, Working at Heights, and ideally HRW / EWP
