A leading Adelaide organisation is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives within its Digital and Information Group. The role involves managing complex technology projects, system enhancements and business process improvements, ensuring successful delivery through effective planning, governance, stakeholder engagement and risk management.

What you'll do

- Lead digital projects, system enhancements and upgrades, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

- Apply Agile, Waterfall and hybrid project management methodologies to suit project requirements.

- Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, risks and dependencies.

- Engage with internal stakeholders, executive sponsors, technology vendors and implementation partners.

- Lead cross-functional teams and support effective collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

- Tailor project governance and delivery approaches to suit project complexity.

- Oversee end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC) activities, including IT maintenance and cloud-based initiatives.

- Manage project performance, quality assurance, change management and risk mitigation.

What you'll bring

- Formal project management qualifications,



such as PMP, Certified ScrumMaster or equivalent.

- Proven experience delivering complex digital and technology projects, including system integration and business process improvement.

- Experience managing Agile, Waterfall and hybrid projects from initiation through to completion.

- Solid knowledge of project planning, budgeting, resource allocation and risk management.

- Experience working with technology vendors and implementation partners.

- Understanding of end-to-end SDLC processes, including IT maintenance and cloud-based infrastructure.

- Familiarity with Jira, Atlassian tools or ServiceNow Project Portfolio Management (PPM).

- Knowledge of cybersecurity requirements, ideally including SACSF.

- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, problem-solving and leadership skills.

- The ability to adapt project management approaches to changing priorities and project requirements
