We're seeking an experienced Project Planner / Scheduler to join a large enterprise technology environment.

Contract: Initial 2-month contract

Start Date: Immediate start

Extension: Possibility of extension

This is a hands-on planning role suited to someone who enjoys building project plans from scratch, managing schedules and tracking progress to keep activities on track. You'll work closely with technical teams and stakeholders to coordinate timelines, manage dependencies and provide clear visibility of project progress.

Key Responsibilities

- Build detailed project plans from scratch using Microsoft Project, ensuring tasks, milestones and timelines are clearly defined.
- Manage project schedules, dependencies and critical paths to support effective planning and delivery.
- Monitor progress against plans,



identify potential delays and update schedules and forecasts accordingly.
- Coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders to gather updates and maintain accurate project plans.
- Provide clear reporting on project progress, scheduling risks and key milestones.

Knowledge & Skills Required:

- Strong, hands-on experience building and maintaining project plans using Microsoft Project.
- Proven experience managing project schedules, dependencies, milestones and timelines.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to track progress and identify scheduling risks.
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Experience in enterprise technology environments and Agile/SAFe delivery is highly regarded.
