About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Property Inspector to join our growing team. This role involves conducting routine inspections and entry/exit condition reports across residential properties, with a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and presentation.

This is a mobile role suited to someone who enjoys working independently while maintaining a high standard of work.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct routine inspections across residential properties
- Complete detailed entry, exit, and condition reports
- Capture explicit, consistent photographic evidence
- Identify maintenance issues and report accurately
- Liaise professionally with property managers and tenants
- Ensure all reports are completed within required timeframes

About You





- Holds a current Real Estate Certificate (mandatory)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident using inspection/reporting software and mobile apps
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work autonomously and manage your own schedule
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
