About the Role

You will take over and manage a growing portfolio of properties across the Gold Coast, working closely with our sales team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in delivering a high standard of service to landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of 55-60 residential rental properties.
- Conduct routine inspections, entry and exit condition reports
- Handle rental arrears, maintenance requests and repairs
- Liaise with landlords, tenants and tradespeople
- Advertise and lease vacant properties, process applications
- Prepare and manage lease agreements and renewals
- Ensure compliance with Queensland residential tenancy legislation
- Maintain accurate records and reporting
- BDM for more properties with incentive

Requirements

- Proven experience in property management (essential)
- Current Queensland Real Estate Registration Certificate (or ability to obtain)




- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and industry software
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Chinese (Mandarin) language skills essential – our client base includes a significant number of Chinese-speaking landlords
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Permanent working rights in Australia
