Snap Fitness Concord West Newington | Personal Trainer

Jamie Fitness is adding a casual personal trainer in Newington. The work is one-to-one coaching, and your regular clients build up over time; you do not start with a ready-made client book. Full time hours are not guaranteed.

Requirements A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.

Pay rates

Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour

Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.

Your responsibilities

Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting. Use the team's coaching and admin systems.



Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions. Attend mentoring and team workshops.

Your availability

You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.
