Thought Science Psychology Clinic is a warm, well-supported private practice on Sydney's North Shore, looking for a Psychologist or Clinical Psychologist to join as an independent contractor. This is an opportunity to run your own practice with the backing of a supportive clinical team, while the clinic handles everything behind the scenes.
Key responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based psychological assessment and treatment to clients
- Develop individualised treatment plans and review progress over time
- Maintain accurate clinical records in line with professional and Medicare requirements
- Prepare correspondence to GPs and referrers as part of coordinated client care
- Practise in accordance with AHPRA and the Psychology Board of Australia's standards
About you
- Current AHPRA registration as a Psychologist or Clinical Psychologist
- Your own ABN and professional indemnity insurance
- Sound knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches
- Warm, client-centred and cooperative,
with genuine care for good outcomes
- Able to work independently while being a positive part of a small team
