Who We Are Directions Workforce Connect is the labour hire and recruitment arm of Directions Workforce Solutions (Directions), a WA-owned, not-for-profit group training organisation.

The Role Involves:

- Advanced roof construction, framing, and timber/steel installation.
- Executing high-end residential renovations and structural alterations.
- Reading and interpreting complex architectural and engineering plans.
- Mentoring and guiding junior apprentices on site.
- Following all site safety protocols, ensuring PPE is available, and maintaining a high standard of craftsmanship.

Successful Candidates Will Have:

- Trade Qualification: Certificate III in Carpentry (or equivalent recognized trade).
- Licences & Compliance: Construction White Card, a valid WA Driver’s Licence, and reliable transport.




- Experience: Proven commercial or residential carpentry experience
- Work Ethic: Strong commitment to precision craftsmanship, site safety protocols, outstanding attitude and teamwork.
- Full Australian work rights and residency in Perth, WA.
