As our business continues to grow and we get ready for Festive Period, we're looking for a Casual Chef/Cook to join our kitchen at Eatons Hill (Brendale).

What you'll be doing

Working alongside an experienced kitchen team, you'll help prepare and serve the quality BBQ our guests know and love.

Your role will include

- Preparing and cooking menu items to Bluegrass standards.
- Delivering consistency, quality and great presentation on every plate.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and food-safe kitchen.
- Working closely with the Head Chef and your teammates during busy services.
- Assisting with preparation, stock rotation and general kitchen operations.
- Sharing ideas and helping us continually improve our menu and systems.

Who we're looking for We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience as a Chef or Cook, ideally in a high-volume kitchen.
- Takes pride in producing consistently great food.
- Can work under pressure without compromising quality or attention to detail.
- Is reliable,



positive and enjoys being part of a team.
- Is keen to keep learning and developing their skills.
- Has, or is willing to obtain, the required food safety training.
- Can work a flexible roster, including evenings and weekends.
