Real Estate Sales Assistant

This role is a genuine pathway into real estate sales, not a long-term assistant position, but a structured entry point into the sales team, progressing deeper over time and positioning you for a long-term career in real estate. Most candidates progress within 12–18 months, with performance not time determining how quickly you advance.

You do not require real estate sales experience to be successful for the role. In fact, we’re specifically not looking for experienced agents. We are searching for the right people. We have a successful track record of turning the right people into the right agents.

Your Career Pathway

What you’ll be exposed to

- Live negotiations and deal structuring

- Buyer psychology and high-level communication

- End-to-end campaign management

- Proven prospecting systems that generate listings
- A refined, non-mainstream sales methodology that delivers results

A typical day may include

- Assisting with marketing and campaign execution

- Attending inspections and assisting the sales team with buyer enquiries

- Supporting active campaigns and vendor communication

- Coordinating key stages of the sales process including building inspections and valuations

- Liaising with signage and photography for campaign execution

- Prospecting and building your own database

- Shadowing negotiations and strategy discussions

- This role is designed to give you full exposure to how a high-performing sales team operates day to day

Successful real estate agents come from a variety of different backgrounds. While you don't need any previous experience in real estate sales, you do need experience in life, especially a record of success in dealing with people, demonstrated achievement and perseverance in past endeavours, and a competitive nature. Ideally, you need a good understanding of the rigours of purchasing real estate and preferably live locally.
