CoolDrive Auto Parts is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager for the PM shift to lead our Blackburn and Box Hill operations. You will manage a team of about 15 warehouse staff, ensuring safety, service levels, and efficiency.

The role supports the transition to the Boronia Distribution Centre featuring AutoStore automation and a Tier-1 WMS, driving continuous improvement and high-performance culture. A proven track record in warehouse leadership, solid communication, and experience with WMS
