About Your New Role

As our Senior Investment Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our commercial portfolio and driving financial performance. Your immediate, primary focus will be to lead the refinancing of a major operational energy asset, structuring and executing optimal capital solutions.

A critical component of this role involves acting as the primary interface between the company and our external partners, including lenders and financial advisors, while simultaneously aligning with key internal executives. Beyond refinancing, you will support a broad range of investment workstreams, deal originations, and asset management strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Refinancing Leadership: Take end-to-end ownership of the refinancing strategy for a key operational asset, from market sounding and model structuring to documentation negotiation and financial close.
- Stakeholder Interface: Act as the central point of contact, seamlessly interfacing with lenders, financial advisors, and other key stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Investment Execution: Evaluate, structure, and execute new investment opportunities, joint ventures, and acquisitions across the renewable energy landscape.
- Financial Modelling & Analysis: Oversee the development of sophisticated project finance models to assess project economics, sensitivities, and capital structures.
- Commercial Workstreams: Support ongoing commercial workstreams, including Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) negotiations,



grid connection commercial strategies, and divestment activities.

Qualifications & Experience

- Project Finance Expertise: Proven track record with a robust background in renewable energy project finance or structured finance.
- Professional Background: Experience gained within an investment bank, specialist financial advisory firm, or corporate development/investment team within the renewable energy industry.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional interpersonal skills with proven experience managing relationships and negotiations with external lenders, advisors, and senior internal executives.
- Transaction History: Demonstrated experience leading or playing a major role in debt structuring, syndication, or refinancing processes for infrastructure or energy assets.
