About the Role

An exciting and rewarding opportunity exists for an experienced Chef to join our team.

In this role you will:

- Prepare and serve meals to a consistently high quality
- Demonstrate a commitment to total customer satisfaction with the kitchen team to provide excellent product quality, flavour and presentation
- Order stock and maintain equipment
- Participate in preparing menus within budgeted food costs




- Participate in maintaining the kitchen to the highest cleanliness standards
- Lead the kitchen operations when required

About You

The successful applicant will be a passionate Chef that has:

- A relevant qualification and experience working as a chef in rapid-paced kitchen environment
- A demonstrated desire to lead and drive success for the team
- A strong understanding of all OH&S; procedures
- Versatility to work both day, night, split shifts & weekends
- You will have the very utmost respect of ingredients and what is sent out will always be consistently at our high standards.
