In this multifaceted role, you will be instrumental in the day-to-day execution of high-standard AV/VC projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. When installation projects allow, you will pivot to provide critical service support—including fault finding, preventative maintenance, and client training—ensuring seamless AV/VC operations across our client base.

Soundcorp, (a Diversified company) is looking for 2 skilled Integration Specialist to join the team. If you are a hands-on technician with a solid drive for quality, safety and customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you!

Key responsibilities

Install, configure, test and commission professional AV and VC systems.

Complete rack builds, cabling, terminations, labelling and cable management.

Read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, rack layouts and panel drawings.

Test, document and troubleshoot AV, VC and ICT systems.

Support system commissioning, configuration, calibration and programming.

Perform maintenance, repairs, callouts and preventative service work.

Provide technical support and basic user training.

Work closely with clients, project teams and onsite trades.





Maintain high standards of safety, quality and customer service.

Travel to client sites, including regional locations, as required.

About you

Certificate III in Electronics & Communications or a relevant technical qualification.

Hands-on experience as an AV Technician, AV Installer, AV Service Technician or similar.

Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.

Ability to confidently read technical drawings and schematics.

Current driver's licence and reliable access to a vehicle.

Holds a Construction Induction Card (White Card).

Ability to obtain a Working with Children Check where required.

Please note that the successful candidate may be required to hold a security clearance during their employment. For this reason, applicants with unrestricted working rights in Australia are preferred for this position.
