About the role

We are seeking a Sales Team Member to join our Geelong store on a part time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a dynamic sales team dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will play a key role in driving sales, building customer relationships, and representing Lounge Lovers' commitment to quality and service. Your contribution will directly impact our store's performance and customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

- Greeting customers warmly and understanding their furniture needs and preferences
- Providing product knowledge and recommendations tailored to individual customer requirements
- Assisting customers through the sales process, including product demonstrations and comparisons
- Processing sales transactions accurately and professionally
- Maintaining a clean, organised and visually appealing sales floor and showroom
- Handling customer enquiries and resolving any concerns promptly and courteously
- Supporting the team in achieving sales targets and store objectives




- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment

What we're looking for

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn about furniture ranges and features
- A motivated and enthusiastic approach to sales with the drive to achieve targets
- Reliability and flexibility to work part time hours, including weekends
- Attention to detail and organisational skills to maintain store standards
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A genuine passion for helping customers make informed decisions
