Police Association Victoria (TPAV) in Melbourne seeks a Secretary (CEO) to lead the organisation in line with its Constitution, plans and policies. Reporting to the TPAV Board, you will oversee strategy, finance, risk and member services, and lead industrial negotiations with key bodies.

You will be the principal spokesperson, building productive relationships with Victoria Police Command, MPs, the media and lobby groups, driving trust and securing the best employment terms for members.
