The Cut Sydney, part of Hunter Street Hospitality, invites passionate runners and section waitstaff to join a premium, hatted steakhouse in The Rocks. You will deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, professional team.

We offer great hourly rates with tips and bonuses, flexible rosters, and clear growth opportunities opportunities. RSA is required, and a minimum 20 hours per week including Friday and Saturday nights.
