We are looking for a motivated Assistant Branch Manager to join our Burleigh Heads, QLD team on a Full-Time basis.

About the role

The Assistant Branch Manager will report to the Branch Manager and is responsible for supporting/driving branch performance and delivering a high quality service to our customers.

What your responsibilities will be

- Establishing the CoolDrive brand and forging a reputation for high quality reliable service
- Supporting the existing customer base
- Assisting the Branch Manager with oversight of sales and warehouse operations
- Working with the Branch Manager to grow the CoolDrive brand in the region
- Support the Manager to achieve Branch sales targets
- Leading and inspiring a team to achieve branch target
- Being a champion for safety

What you will bring

- Leadership experience, preferably within the automotive industry;
- The ability to meet and exceed performance targets;
- Exceptional customer service skills and be able to build solid; relationships with others




- Be able to motivate others and lead by example;
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise what needs to be done;
