Job Description
Our company is seeking an experienced and reliable Receptionist to provide administrative support to our senior executives. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Provide administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing travel arrangements
- Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Attend meetings and take minutes as needed
- Manage and prioritize incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail
- Coordinate special projects and events as assigned
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Manage expense reports and other financial documents
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Desired Skills and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required, with a bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Robust attention to detail, with the ability to proofread and edit documents
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior executives, clients, and other stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software
- Discretion and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
