The Opportunity

Lead a team where people come first and your success is measured by the growth of your people and the difference you make together.





You’ll supporting up to 8 consultants to deliver quality rehabilitation services. Depending on your team’s size, you’ll will balance leadership with some billable work or focus entirely on leading and developing your people, Your Choice!

- Lead, coach and mentor consultants across psychological, physical, same and new employer services.

- Support consultants with return to work cases.

- Conduct quality reviews and provide performance support.

- Build strong employer, insurer and stakeholder relationships.

- Support recruitment, onboarding and team development.

- Drive consistency, service quality and positive client outcomes.

- Contribute to service improvements and team growth.

About You

You lead with empathy, communicate confidently and enjoy helping others grow. You’re either a Team Leader seeking a supportive, values driven culture or a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant ready to step into leadership.

- Ideally 5+ years’ occupational rehabilitation experience.

- Strong experience across New Employer and Same Employer services.

- Leadership, coaching or mentoring skills.

- Solid knowledge of NSW workers compensation.

- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication.

- A proactive approach to finding solutions.

- Relevant registration with AHPRA, ASORC or ESSA.
