ALH Hotels is seeking a Head Chef to lead the Blue Cattle Dog Hotel kitchen, delivering pub classics with a up-to-date touch and strong hospitality. You will own the kitchen, drive quality, and mentor a growing team in a busy venue.

The role is hands-on, requires trade cooking qualifications and food safety certifications, and involves physical tasks: lifting and moving stock, kegs, and deliveries. Competitive salary + superannuation + bonus.
