What We're Looking For: We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant with previous recruitment experience. Knowledge of construction industry is an advantage. This position requires strong communication, organisational and relationship management skills, together with the ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments in a fast-paced environment. Manage the full 360-degree construction recruitment process, including business development, client engagement, job vacancy management and candidate placement.

Liaise with construction industry clients to identify and understand their recruitment requirements and take detailed job briefs. Source and attract suitable candidates through online job advertisements, professional networking, recruitment databases and other sourcing channels. Prepare, write and publish job advertisements to attract suitably qualified applicants.

Review applications and assess candidates against relevant job requirements. Conduct telephone and face-to-face interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, experience and suitability for available positions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records within the company's recruitment database.

Communicate regularly with candidates via telephone and email regarding employment opportunities and recruitment progress. Prepare candidate resumes,



profiles and recruitment summaries in the company's required format for presentation to clients. Conduct professional reference checks and verify candidates' employment experience and suitability.

Coordinate communication between clients and candidates throughout each stage of the recruitment process. Develop and maintain strong, ongoing qualified relationships with existing and prospective clients and candidates. Provide accurate and timely recruitment information, updates and advice to clients and candidates.

Undertake recruitment-related research and provide relevant information to internal and external stakeholders. Manage recruitment assignments efficiently while maintaining high standards of client service and candidate care.

Skills and Experience To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess: Relevant bachelor’s degree or higher. In lieu of qualifications, 5 years relevant work experience is required. Demonstrated experience in recruitment, preferably within the construction industry.

Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing and placement. Strong client relationship management and business development skills. Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational abilities, attention to detail and the capacity to manage competing priorities.

Experience using recruitment databases, online job boards and candidate sourcing platforms. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a results-driven team.
