Regional Manager (South) - Summerstar Tourist Parks

We’re looking for a Regional Manager to lead a portfolio of 9 properties across either the Northern region (Geraldton to Kununurra) or Southern region (Jurien Bay to Esperance and Ceduna in SA).

This is not a desk job — it’s a live-on-the-road leadership role, working from within our parks.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for 9 properties, travelling between locations and working closely with Park Managers and reporting to the Operations Manager.

This role is about more than support — you’ll be expected to step in, troubleshoot issues, and help get things sorted on the ground when it matters.

We are looking for someone to help lead one of two regions, and we’d like to hear which one you’d prefer.

Northern Region (Geraldton to Kununurra):

The North has distinct busy and quiet seasons, and its isolation and conditions call for someone who is adaptable and resourceful. Parks here are infrastructure-heavy, so off-grid operations experience is preferred but not essential.

Southern region (Jurien Bay to Esperance and Ceduna, SA):

With steady demand year-round, the South needs a leader who is just as active on the ground, assisting in keeping parks running smoothly and making sure teams are well supported throughout peak holiday periods.

Lifestyle & Travel

This role is designed for someone who enjoys working on the road.

- You will be travelling between Parks and living onsite




- You must own or be willing to obtain a caravan or motorhome (a Vehicle Allowance is Payable)
- Powered sites are provided at Parks as you travel

What You’ll Be Doing

- Leading and supporting Park and Motel Managers
- Driving operational standards, performance, and accountability
- Troubleshooting infrastructure and operational issues at Park level
- Rolling up your sleeves and helping solve problems
- Monitoring financial performance and improving results
- Coaching teams and building capability
- Visiting Parks regularly and following through on actions
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and development
- Ensuring compliance, safety, and maintenance standards
- Supporting upgrades and improvement projects

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has experience managing multiple sites, facilities, or operations
- Comes from a hospitality, tourism, facilities, or operations background
- Is a hands-on leader who leads by example
- Can troubleshoot and solve practical problems on the ground
- Understands infrastructure, maintenance, or asset-based environments
- Has solid organisation, admin, and follow-through skills
- Is comfortable working across regional locations
- Is willing to live and work on the road
