- /n Join a high-growth business where your impact is visible and valued /n About the Role/n As a Regional Manager, you'll lead a portfolio of 6-9 stores, partnering closely with Store Managers to maximise performance, elevate customer experience, and build robust, engaged teams. /n This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll spend time in stores coaching, developing talent, and creating a culture that delivers outstanding results. You'll be responsible for:/n /n
- /n Leading, coaching, and developing Store Managers across your region /n




- /n Driving sales, profitability, productivity, and KPI performance /n
- /n Creating exceptional customer experiences through strong store standards /n
- /n Identifying and developing future leaders /n
- /n Supporting succession planning and talent development /n
- /n Managing rosters, wages, operational standards, and compliance /n
- /n Driving visual merchandising excellence and inventory management /n
- /n Minimising shrinkage and ensuring strong loss prevention practices /n
