We’re Looking for Chefs Who Are

- Trade-qualified, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in fast-paced kitchens

- Experienced in fine dining and hatted venues (highly regarded)

- Confident with kitchen operations and committed to food safety best practices

- Adaptable, reliable and professional, with a strong work ethic

- Ready to embrace the busy spring events season

- Flexible, open-minded and ready to roll up your sleeves wherever needed

What You’ll Need to Apply

- To be living in Victoria

- Full Australian working rights

- Ability to work in fast-paced environments

- Flexibility to work varied shifts at different locations around Melbourne

- Ability to travel to outer suburbs (beneficial)

- Police Check and Working With Children's Check preferable but not mandatory
