Goodstart South Nowra is seeking an Early Childhood Teacher - Educational Leader for a 38-hour-per-week contract through January 2028. The role involves guiding pedagogy, mentoring staff, and delivering high-quality early learning programs in a thriving centre that exceeds NQS.

You’ll lead classroom practice, build robust family relationships, and collaborate with centre leadership to plan and review curriculum, aiming for outstanding outcomes for children.
