Shearwell Australia Pty is seeking a Senior Customer Service Administrator to join our team in Bendigo, Victoria. You will manage a wide-ranging workload across customer service, order processing, administration and government reporting, reporting to the Australian Operations Manager.

You will handle calls, resolve enquiries, process orders with meticulous accuracy, prepare reports for government bodies, and support ISO accreditation and internal audits.
