Key Responsibilities

- Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Provide financial insights, variance analysis, and commentary to support business decision-making.
- Partner with key stakeholders to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Lead and contribute to process improvement initiatives across financial reporting and systems.
- Support month-end processes and ongoing financial management activities.
- Assist the Business Performance & Analytics team with ad hoc analysis and projects.

About You

You are a commercially minded Finance Analyst with solid analytical capability and experience supporting business decision-making through high-quality financial reporting and insights. You are comfortable working in a business-partnered environment and enjoy improving processes and ways of working.

- Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
- CPA or CA qualified, or currently studying




- Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Advanced Excel skills, including financial modelling and large dataset analysis
- Experience with Power BI or other data analytics tools
- Strong understanding of financial and management accounting and financial statements
- Permanent, ongoing role with job security
