Data#3 is seeking a Senior Operations Centre Support Engineer to drive proactive monitoring and reliable incident resolution within its Managed Services. You’ll partner with monitoring and engineering teams to troubleshoot complex infrastructure, optimize platforms and reduce recurring issues.

You will use PowerShell, Python and REST APIs to automate tasks, analyze data, and improve service delivery across Windows, Linux, storage and networking environments.
