Phillip Riley is partnering with a leading Australian renewable energy IPP to hire an experienced HR Business Partner on a permanent part time basis. You will work closely with the Senior Strategic HR Manager, own day-to-day HR operations across Australia and help shape HR processes.

This broad People & Culture role covers employment contracts, onboarding, recruitment, employee relations and HR systems, with the autonomy to improve processes and employee experience in a growing business.
