About You Flexibility and adaptability to changing work demands Solid work ethic and willingness to learn, on job sites and training days Ability to do physical labour and other strenuous physical tasks Workers must be punctual and reliable Commitment to complete a 4 year apprenticeship (Certificate III wall and floor tiling) Requirements Must have a White Card or be willing to obtain to work on Construction sites.
