Water/Sewer Pipelayer – Sydney Water Key Personnel (Experienced) Location: SydneyEmployment Type: Full-TimeRemuneration: Competitive hourly rates + allowancesCommencement: Immediate start available About the Opportunity: An opportunity exists for a highly experienced Water/Sewer Pipelayer to join a leading civil infrastructure contractor working on major projects across the Sydney metropolitan area. This role is suited to a professional with a minimum of five years’ experience in water infrastructure installation and who has previously held Sydney Water Key Personnel status. The successful applicant will contribute to the delivery of high-quality water and sewer infrastructure in accordance with Sydney Water specifications and industry best practices. Key Responsibilities: Installation of water, sewer, and stormwater pipelines in line with engineering drawings and Sydney Water standards Interpretation of construction plans, specifications, and levels Safe and effective use of pipe-laying tools and equipment,
including laser levels and trench support systems Coordination with supervisors and plant operators to ensure productive workflow Maintenance of site safety and compliance with all relevant regulations and procedures Required Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 4 years’ demonstrated experience in water/sewer pipe laying Previously accredited as Sydney Water Key Personnel (or eligible for re-accreditation) Current White Card (Construction Induction) Confined Space Entry and Excavation/Trenching tickets (highly regarded) Thorough knowledge of Sydney Water standards and installation procedures Proven ability to work independently and maintain high-quality workmanship Current driver’s licence and reliable transportation What We Offer: Highly competitive hourly rates Consistent pipeline of work on major Sydney-based infrastructure projects Professional and supportive team environment Opportunity for long-term career development and progression Immediate commencement for the right candidate #J-18808-Ljbffr
