Site Supervisor - Fit Out & Refurbishment

Your new company

A well-established fit-out and refurbishment contractor is looking to expand its delivery team due to a robust pipeline of upcoming work. They deliver a varied mix of projects across Sydney, including childcare, hospitality and multi-level commercial fit-outs and refurbishments, with projects generally ranging from $1M-$10M and larger projects reaching up to $30M.

They are looking for a Site Supervisor who enjoys being hands-on, working across different project types and becoming part of a growing team.

Your new role

Working closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager, you'll support the day-to-day running of site and help ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

You'll be responsible for managing subcontractors and trades on site, coordinating works, driving programme and maintaining quality, while working across a range of fit-out and refurbishment projects.

A number of projects will be delivered within live and operational environments, so strong communication, organisation and the ability to coordinate works without disrupting the client are important.

What you'll need to succeed





- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor within commercial fit-out and refurbishment
- A trade background, ideally within carpentry, joinery or a similar construction trade
- Experience across a variety of fit-out projects
- Comfortable managing subcontractors and trades on site
- Experience working within live environments
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A practical, hands-on approach to site delivery
- Ability to work closely with Site Managers, PMs, clients and subcontractors
