We're looking for a dancer who's genuinely valuable at what they do, genuinely good with people, and ready to help run the place.

Move With Me Dance Studio in Castle Hill teaches everything from nervous beginners to competitive dancers across Ballroom, Latin, Smooth, Rhythm, New Vogue, and more. We're a passionate, tight-knit studio and we take pride in both the quality of our teaching and the culture we've built.

We're growing, and we need someone who can be the steady hand on the studio floor day to day.

Full time (38 hours) | 70,000 to 85,000 + super | Start ASAP

What you'll be doing:

Teaching private and group lessons across Ballroom and Latin styles (the bulk of the role)

Working with students at all levels, from first-timers to competitors

Being the first point of contact for new and existing students: enquiries, bookings and follow-ups

Keeping the day running smoothly: opening and closing, the lesson schedule, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks

Helping new students settle in and keeping current students engaged and coming back

Supporting social nights, showcases,



and studio events, including our annual competition, ASARC

Being a genuine part of the team, and someone the other instructors can rely on

You'll be a great fit if you:

Are a strong, versatile dancer with solid technique across multiple styles

Have real teaching ability: you can read a student, adapt your approach, and get results

Are organised, reliable, and comfortable owning the day-to-day without being chased

Communicate clearly and warmly, in person, on the phone and over email

Bring positive energy to the studio and care about the environment you're part of

Are available for evenings and Saturdays

Have qualifications, competition experience or studio management experience (valued, not essential)
