We are looking to expand our site teams and are seeking a standout individual to help drive our team forward.

The Electrical Supervisor oversees and manages electrical installation activities on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and in accordance with project specifications and electrical standards. The role involves supervising work crews, coordinating resources, completing project documentation, and supporting the Electrical Superintendent and Engineers with planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act in the best interests of the Employer and uphold its reputation & maintain a professional appearance and conduct in line with the Code of Conduct.

- Comply with all company policies and procedures at all times.

- Ensure work complies with Australian Standards, site requirements, and legislation.

- Supervise daily electrical activities to ensure compliance with drawings, scope, and specifications.

- Maintain compliance with electrical codes,



standards, and safety requirements.

- Support completion of work packs, work orders, and associated documentation.

- Coordinate technical queries, inspections, and quality requirements with the Project Engineer.

- Participate in investigations, NCRs, and corrective actions.

- Contribute to lessons learned and project handover activities.

- Lead pre-start and debrief meetings.

- Complete and submit site reports accurately and on time.
